I found them in my local supermarket last year. They had a short season and I was waiting for them to reappear. Found them today! They are a great eating apple; not too big and just the right combination of sweet and tart. Hope they become more available. Recommend to all and though I haven't cooked with them, I imagine that they would be good for many recipes.
