Ever wanted to make your own cheese? Wheatsville now has DIY Cheese-making Kits! Read on for details, and for more about everything else that’s new this week.

Pu·erh (pū-ĕr) is an ancient healing tea picked from 500 year old organic wild tea trees in the majestic mountains of China's Yunnan province. Pu·erh’s history began over 2000 years ago when tea was transported along five Tea Horse Roads, the first and most traveled road beginning in the village of Pu Erh. In order to maximize their load, merchants compressed the tea, and to their surprise, the tea tasted better at the journey’s end and yielded additional health benefits.

Pu·erh is processed differently than traditional white, green, oolong, and black teas. Pu·erh undergoes a unique fermenting process: once picked, the leaves are piled, dampened, and turned, over a 60-day period. The tea is then dried and ready to be compressed into bricks for additional aging, or left as loose tea, which Numi uses in its tea bags. The resulting taste is rich and smooth with hints of malt - a great alternative to coffee. Numi is first to bring you this revolutionary healthy tea in tea bags. 16ct, Reg. $7.99

Chef Lena Kwak has taken pleasure in cooking for others since she was a child. When she moved across the country from her native New York to work in the kitchen of The French Laundry, she knew she had found a new home. Driven by an interest in nutritional science, she developed a gluten-free flour that offered a successful alternative to the main ingredient of the various quick breads and dessert items The French Laundry served. This flour is now available as Cup4Cup, a name that reflects its ability to replace all-purpose flour in most recipes, “cup for cup.” Cup4Cup is made from all natural, 100% gluten-free ingredients, including cornstarch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, milk powder, tapioca flour, potato starch, and xanthan gum, and is produced independently in a dedicated and Celiacs Sprue Association- certified gluten-free facility.

Montes Twins Malbec/Cabernet Sauvignon Blend 2011
Meet the Twins: a masterstroke of varietal blending from Chile's winemaking legend, Aurelio Montes. On their own, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon shine, but when paired up, these two classic varieties complement each other perfectly. It's a sensational double bill: smooth, velvety texture from the Malbec with wonderful richness, structure and fruit from the Cabernet. Part Malbec, part Cabernet, adding up to a wine that is greater than the sum of its parts. Oak aging contributes subtle notes of vanilla and liqueur and its soft tannins provide an specially elegant finish. The artwork on the label is by Ralph Steadman. 750ml, Reg. $11.99
