Alexia's line of all-natural Select Sides combines potatoes, veggies, and a packet of seasoned herb-and-spice-infused olive oil. To prepare, thaw the oil in a bowl of hot water for just a couple of minutes and then heat in a skillet, add the veggies and sauté for 8 to 12 minutes to create a tasty side dish. Alexia Select Sides are available in four varieties, including Roasted Red Potatoes & Baby Portabella Mushrooms,
