DeLallo pasta is hand made in Italy using semolina flour, a granular flour milled from durum wheat. Since dried pasta is made solely from wheat and water (naturally), a great pasta depends on its process. DeLallo pastas are made with the use of bronze dies, which create a pasta with a rougher, grainier texture.
