Here’s what’s new at Wheatsville this week.
Adzuki beans
aren't your average bean! High in protein, they have great flavor and have many
health-supportive properties. Add a spicy kick with green chilies, cumin, and
chipotle pepper and you have one amazing burger. Hilary's Eat Well makes
delicious, convenient, and amazing food that is free of gluten, dairy, corn,
egg, soy, yeast, and nuts. Each burger starts with gluten-free whole grains,
then vegetables and healthy fat to create a veggie burger that even carnivores
devour. Other ingredients include organic quinoa and millet, sweet potato,
psyllium husk and more. Try popping one in your toaster for a uniquely crispy
patty! Each package contains two patties in a biodegradable bag. Keep frozen.

Arrowhead
Mills now offers a new cold cereal: Organic Sprouted Multigrain Flakes. With a
base of organic sprouted grains including barley, wheat, brown rice and spelt,
this whole grain cereal is a good source of fiber and is low in fat. Sprouted
grains are significantly higher in protein, vitamins and enzymes, and the
complex starches are converted into natural sugars. Low on the gastric index
(GI), they are digested more slowly by the body, which keeps blood sugar levels
stable for longer and contributes to a lengthier feeling of being satisfied.
