Rice bran oil is the oil extracted from the germ and inner husk of rice. It is known for its high smoke point of 490 degrees F (higher than those of canola and grapeseed), making it suitable for cooking methods such as stir frying and deep frying. Because of its healthy fat composition being 47 percent monounsaturated, 33 percent polyunsaturated and 20 percent saturated, rice bran oil provides many health benefits. The high smoke point prevents fatty acid breakdown at high temperatures, and its light viscosity allows less oil to be absorbed in cooking, reducing overall calories. Rice Bran Oil is also rich in natural antioxidants and possesses a sweet almond taste. 16.9oz, Reg. $9.99

Felix Lingonberry Preserves
Lingonberries have a delicious flavor combining sweetness and tartness.  They have ripened in the intense summer of northern Sweden, where the summer sun never sets. Because lingonberries are plentiful in the forested areas of inland Sweden, the jam is easy to prepare, and has good keeping qualities, it has always been very popular with traditional dishes. Today, it’s served with oven-made thick pancakes, as well as a relish with meat courses such as meatballs, beef stew or liver dishes, regionally even with fried herring. It’s also often used on mashed potato and the traditional oatmeal porridge, with cinnamon and a little sugar or syrup. Now you can forget having to drive all the way to IKEA next time you're craving lingonberry preserves! 7oz, Reg. $6.99
