Stahlbush Island Farms Organic Black Barley,
Organic Wheat Berries

Stahlbush Island Farms introduces two new additions to their line of frozen legumes and grains: Black Barley and Wheat Berries. These two notoriously long-cooking grains are fully cooked and ready to eat—just warm and add to hot cereals, salads, stir fries, or any dish desired. All of Stahlbush’s grains are organically grown in the USA, are Non-GMO Project Verified, and are packaged in biodegradable bags.
Find them in our frozen department.

Munkebo Farm Quail Eggs

Quail eggs are tan with dark brown speckles, and offer a taste and nutritional profile similar to that of the chicken egg. The yolk of a quail egg is usually a darker orange than typical commercial chicken egg yolks, with a higher yolk-to-white ratio. One-third the size of a large chicken egg, their small size makes them a good food for children. Our quail eggs come from Munkebo Farm, a permaculture farm located in Manor, Texas.
10ct, Reg. $6.99

Their sakés are the first certified organic Saké Kura in North America, and the first organic alcohol made in Texas. You can try the Rising Star, a cloudy Nigori-style, and the Whooping Crane, a clear Tokubetsu-style, this Saturday (1/14, 2pm-5pm), when Texas Sake Company will be offering a tasting of their wines at Wheatsville!  720ml, Reg. $38.49
