Our new Fresh in the Deli recipe this month is the tasty Thai Broccoli Salad, courtesy of our friends at Lakewinds Natural Foods in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This crisp and crunchy vegan recipe is one of their most popular vegetable dishes. Raw broccoli, bell peppers and fresh herbs are dressed in a Southeast Asian-inspired dressing featuring orange, ginger and sesame flavors. Come in and try a sample!
